Processing Time:

All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. Please note that because each item is handcrafted and handled with care, I strive to get orders out as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality.

USPS Priority or UPS Shipping ensures your products arrive quickly and securely. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders should arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Shipping Notifications:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Important Temperature Information:

Please be aware that my products, especially those containing tallow, are sensitive to heat and may melt in transit if exposed to high temperatures. Tallow melts at around 85°F, and during warmer months or in warmer climates, your body butter or balm may arrive softened or liquefied.

No Refunds Due to Melting:

Because melting is a natural property of tallow-based products and does not affect their quality or effectiveness, I do not issue refunds for products that melt during shipping. However, if your product melts, simply place it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, and it will re-solidify to a balm-like texture. While the whipped texture may change, the product will still provide the same nourishing benefits.
